These terms explain how Find It works and what you can expect when you use it.
The service
Find It finds car spare parts for you on WhatsApp. An assistant takes your request and asks questions to identify the part. When your case needs it, a person on our team reviews the quote. Today we serve Caracas and Maracaibo.
Cost
Searching and getting a quote are free. You only pay if you decide to buy the part we quote you.
Quotes
Each quote shows the price, availability and delivery time that suppliers give us. These details can change. Getting a quote does not oblige you to buy.
Hours
The assistant replies at any time, every day. Our team reviews quotes Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Venezuela time).
